On October 4, over 500 of the brightest minds in mobile convened in NYC for TAP 2018. United Airlines VP of Loyalty, Luc Bondar, took the stage in the morning and shared key learnings from his experience running United’s MileagePlus X program. He reviewed how United is finding ways to provide more value to their 10s of millions of users. By increasing engagement via mobile, his team is able to drive preference and choice for United.
